"I love functional (electronic) dance music, but given our current shipwrecked state, my attention is naturally drifting towards more abstract, meditational, experimental shores. This is a mix of some of my favourite records from outside of the box. It’s the music I think of when I try to describe our arch events to newcomers - expressive, sensitive, harmonic, swaying gently between ecstatic and melancholic. After years of working in a record shop, he launched his Metrolux label. Hakim is a producer/dj from the Chicagoland area who's musical style ranges from House to Techno. Hakim's journey begin as a dancer in Chicago as a lot of his musical influences come from Larry Heard, Robert Armani, Dance Mania, Relief, and Cajual records. As a Chicago
footwork dancer, Hakim gradually became inspired by the music and began playing records in 1996. Since then Hakim has ventured into production work and eventually founded two records labels in 2008: Machining Dreams; and Synapsis Records with Avondale Music Society.

Andrey started to play the first dj set with vinyl records in the club in 2005, before that his only wrote music at home. In mid-2008, Andrey and his friend Dmitry Kazantsev launched the digital label Biotronic
Records, where were released wonderful albums by such artists as Lazzich, Frunk29, Modul, etc. By 2010, Andrey made a studio from digital and analog synthesizers, and in 2012 he launched his own vinyl-only label Quadrat Musik.
