Ayesha’s performances reflect a playful curiosity and over a decade of experience honed in DC and NYC’s vibrant club and warehouse party scene. As a beloved resident at Nowadays, she weaves through percussion-based techno, breaks, garage, and everything in between, delivering heady, maximal body music tailored for the dancefloor. As a DJ, her style is eclectic and dynamic, drawing from North America’s techno underground, leftfield UK sounds, and her Indian heritage.

Ayesha is gaining recognition as a producer of forward-thinking club music. Her music, hypnotic, pulsating and powerful, is as fitting at a deep forest festival as it is in a sweaty basement or dark nightclub. It's crafted with meticulous sound design, spongy textures and alien melodies. She writes tracks with deliberate consideration for how bodies move – and how music moves bodies – making her work unusually tactile and physical.

Her 2021 EP, ‘Potential Energy,’ released on UK label Scuffed Recordings, marked the beginning of her rise. Subsequent releases on Fever AM, Control Freak, and contributions to NYC label Eto Ano’s ‘No Cash In Booth’ compilation further solidified her status. Her debut album, ‘Rhythm is Memory,’ released on Kindergarten Records in 2022, was lauded as “a revelation” by DJ Mag and “a fierce mission statement” by Resident Advisor. Mixmag placed her at number two on its list of the 25 Producers Who Defined 2023. 2024 saw Ayesha debut her live set at MUTEK Festival in Montréal to wide applause with her live show set to evolve into the coming year with firsts at Dekmantel as well as more TBA.

Frankie Johnson

Originally from Bristol, UK, Frankie is a rare individual who matches his raw natural dance talent with hard work and discipline and has developed into one of the best representing House Dancers internationally of today in his current generation.

Having trained from a young age in numerous dance disciplines - both within contemporary and forms of Street Dance, Frankie was selected to be part of the Swindon Youth Dance Academy where he was mentored by some of the best instructors in the UK. From there, he went on to earn a First Class degree in contemporary dance from London Contemporary Dance School at The Place, graduating in 2013.

Upon finishing his studies, Frankie has focussed mainly on the House Dance style, gaining respect and numerous titles at worldwide competitions and events such as House Dance Europe, IBE, Flavourama, Urban Moves, Step Ya Game Up, Juste Debout & Summer Dance Forever. He was also invited to join Plague Dance Crew & InDaHouse in 2012 and Sour Patch Collective - Worldwide in 2019.

Now, Frankie’s aim is to share his vision of embodying and combining his physical and mental understanding of his body in harmonising his technical background and training, with his contribution of preserving House music and House Dance Culture of his generation.

After a long break the pandemic and my little son inspired me to start producing and mixing music, again (04/2021). In january 2022, after changing from DAW to DAW and producing most genres that I like, I got my first labelcontract signed. That's really cool 😎🤩 !
