Therapy (practice)

"What We Had" was inspired by a past relationship that caused me a lot of pain. Shortly after it ended, it was hard for me to imagine how I could possibly move forward in life because I knew that I could no longer be with this person. I also felt like I'd never find someone new. I didn't know if I wanted to. This song was my attempt to try to express how I was feeling. I missed being in love but knew it would never be the same if I did find it again.
