Music has always been a real passion for SRS.  Early Electro and Acid House lead him into the realms of the Rave Scene from 1988 - 1993 and the world of Pirate Radio Stations. From there he developed a love for Electronic Music. Deep House, Progressive House, Organic House, Melodic House, with a bit of Techno and Ambient thrown in.

As Eddie Amador said "Not everyone understands House music...it's spiritual thing, a body thing, a soul thing".

"This mix is all about one epic journey my wife, son and I embarked on when we visited the mighty USA.

And so, my journey begins...in an RV the size of a small house!
We left Monterrey and headed down Route 1 bound for Pismo Beach and Carpinteria. Blue skies and glorious sunshine followed us on our month road trip to some of the most amazing places I have ever seen. Off the bay came the Humpbacks and Orcas…absolutely breathtaking. Watching the surfers catch their ride with the Pelicans flying low over the waves, while the sun starts its journey downward…mesmerising. 

The tracks in this mix have a deep organic feel with the warmth of a lazy, hazy summer's day and remind me of that wonderful journey. After leaving the coast and heading into the mountains, we stopped off at Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia, which leads me in nicely to say that one of the tracks is aptly called ‘Sequoia’ by Mango Cult (Mass Digital Remix). You cannot do a trip like this and not be affected spiritually.
The USA will always have a special place in my heart, and I always get a longing to go back. The first track is one of my all-time favourites called ‘Emotions Electric’ by A Guy Called Gerald. I could listen to this track on repeat and never get tired of it.

I think that music is the only thing that can change everything. I believe that music can change what people do, how they think and feel, and how they do things. Music can help and change a person…even heal. I’ve listened to so many hours of music, and I know that it can make your day when you are feeling low. I know that music can change how you think or feel, because there are some songs I only listen to when I am sad, mad…happy or trying to concentrate. 

Every piece of music has its own personality and its own place in time.  My belief formed simply by listening to music almost all the time and realising the power of it. It is connected to all emotions because music can influence all emotions. When I put a mix together, I feel that I’m sculpting and shaping a journey from all these wonderful sounds that I have in front of me, and I hope that the listener feels this too. Without music the world would be a silent and dark place.

Ismail Essalah (DJ Îsmailoviç) (https://soundcloud.com/smail-simon-441964068) is from Tunisia. He always loved DJ's since childhood. He gets his artist name Îsmailoviç when he was studying in Serbia and then became very fond of Organic House and Ethnic Moroccan music. When he returned to his home country, he did some music research of his own country and discovered it to be a meeting place for many civilizations over time. He rooted in the past and feels a great connection to old things and traditional civilizations, which prompted me to dive further into the music of other civilizations. As he lives in one of the desert cities in Tunisia, he is inspired by his people's diverse musical heritage, which includes, for example, the Berber civilization. He notes that these sounds and rhythms are rare as they are ancient.This is what prompted him to enter the world of organic production. This kind of music, in his opinion, is able to live from one generation to the next and thus leaves a mark in history, in the world of music, and he apsires to keep this history alive every way possible.

We are back with beautiful music from EVARPARE, who is a DJ, producer, guitarist and songwriter from the southside of the Alpine Republic of Austria 🇦🇹. During his performances he takes the audience on an extraordinary music journey. With a melodic mix across house, dance, trance and techno music, he takes the listener out of their everyday life to a good vibes experience.
Since 2018 Christian works again as an artist and he is already repeatedly booked at established events. Veytik’s style continuously evolves alongside his own growth and his response to world events. We welcome for this episode the creator of the powerful, cosmic, beautiful, dreamlike songs released on Hoomidaas Records called "Rouya" and "Nostalgia". She is the current resident DJ at CDLC Barcelona for the acclaimed themed party night called The Temple.
Her name is NIIXII. She holds dearly her Iranian identity and is a powerful woman's voice for freedom, both in her home country of Iran and everywhere else in the world.

The Iranian people, a diverse people historically made of Persians, Armenians, Kurds, various other tribes, along with later Arab immigration, were, to me, a part of my consciousness and being.
A beautiful people with a unique history, various religions and philosophers and mystics, from the Zoroastrians to the Sufi Mystics like Rumi.

With the ugliness of continual war and strife over the eras, but particularly since the Iranian Revolution, the people of Iran have not yielded their identity to a powerful oppressor. Struggle can yield great beauty of soul, if one lets suffering strengthen and transform the soul to its purest, most spiritual state, free of the earthly limitations and death. NIIXII has an indominatable spirit, a radiance of soul, and dreamlike life moving her along her authentic path. She, like other well-known Iranian artists, in Iran and abroad, are standing firm now more than ever for freedom. This world, with its death and destruction, will never kill the spirit if the soul is ready to take the deeper journey. The greatest beauty of all is where the soul walks in living dreams of life, love, and freedom.

ORKIDZ is a Moroccan/American multi-instrumentalist, producer and DJ. He is based out of Portugal currently.  His music is a reflection of his multiculturalism and his life experiences as a biologist, traveler and collector of traditional and folklore music from around the world. 

He has a phD in Biology and has worked as a researcher and lecturer in environmental and molecular biology. He started playing the guitar at 14 years old and have been learning different instruments over the years like the bass, oud, buzuki, mandolin, Moroccan Outar and a few south-east Asian instruments more recently. He started making electronic music in California and got involved in the NorCal Bass music scene and have slowly built my own sound from there.

His style combines ethnic, melodic and organic elements with deep electronic sounds covering genres such as Organic House/ Downtempo/ Dub, Afro house, Deep and Melodic house and more.

Taking from the mission and success of the Primordial Grooves project, this will take us back to the beginning energies of mankind, thus "primordial" energy. A exploration of the heart and soul and mind and body to find what makes us connected since the very beginning of mankind. What do we share as human beings and various tribes? This energy empowers and also heals us to the core. It is the life force, so the mix will have that original life force and be share in the way of all stories of the ancient storytelling oral tradition, which make up true history that is passed down from generation to generation.
