The track's name is an attempt to honour the german band "Neu!"(Negativland is one of their tracks). The violence of the song is an attempt to describe a modern human condition. Audio tracks taken by a video of 11 september. The last series of chords are the same of 'toccata and fugue in d minor''s end, from Bach, as a tribute.

"Crime & Punishment" is one of these light hearted stories of love and violent death. Based around the twelve string guitars and the piano it started out as a spontaneous irony, and ended up in an rapidly growing arrangement with some 14 vocal channels. This of course led to a mixing bonanza and mental meltdown. It´s all in the ambition to write and produce tracks with higher degree of visual elements and cinematic storylines, a kind of style that I do favour at the moment. I hope that you like this first track of MOMA 2017, and every comment, tips and tricks is highly appreciated.

Mountains. We all have to to climb. Sometimes we stumble. sometimes we fall. But the truth is in this life you keep going no matter what. It's either that or fold and it aint gonna happen. Behind every smiling face lies problems and issues that no one else knows anything about because everyone wears a mask. But a leopard CAN change its spots...if it calls at the right place, which is one of positivity. Some of our art is made on computers, some of it is made by hand. We are particularly interested in that gray area in between where you cant really tell. All of what we create here is one work laid out in segments, all connected. The Mystic Tape Deck universe is vast and explores all manner of adding meaning to our lives, while pondering meaninglessness.
