Zhao Zilong(?~229)

Among the many characters who appear in "Epic of the Three Kingdoms," one of the most popular is Zhao Yun.

He was a loyal and courageous man, and his appearance told Liu Bei, ``He is a man of courage. ” he said.

At the Battle of Changban, he held Liu Bei's son Ato in his arms and single-handedly broke through the enemy lines.
This is known as one of the famous scenes of Epic of the Three Kingdoms.

In the official history, unlike the Epic of the Three Kingdoms, there is surprisingly little mention of Zhao Yun.

Unlike Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, he had no major flaws or problems, and the fact that he carried out his duties reliably may have made him a 
great figure.

 This song began by Chris writing it with his acoustic guitar at the beginning of last summer. He passed it along to me, who added the piano and slide parts. Then Chris got it back and added the rhythm section of bass and drums, along with some electric accents. It's been a few months since we've released a collaboration together, not by choice, but because of our busy lives. We have been working on this one for about half a year, trying to add and cut other elements into it. We ended up deciding to put out a simpler version, which is what you hear here. It's been a long time coming, and is our final offering of 2023. It's been a great year of sharing music with all of you out there in SoundCloud land. I appreciate all of your ears, support, and sharing of your talents. We hope you enjoy listening to this one as much as we enjoyed making it. Happy new year 2024!

Tired of cold short days? Me too. Let's party!!  I haven't posted anything new in a while so here's a 10 year old tune that will be new to some of my peers, and those who've heard it have already gotten over the shock. This is an exercise in licentious sexual innuendo and lewd, funky sounds. It's what happens when an otherwise innocent childhood is spent listening to Jimmy Castor Bunch, New Birth, Slave, James Brown, Funkadelic, etc, and there are some biblical metaphors thrown in for good measure.
