In the time before time, the sky touched the earth when Zeus, cloaked in the form of a swan, descended to Leda and planted a divine seed. From this union were born twin sons — Castor, mortal and bound to the dust, and Pollux, immortal and glowing with the fire of the gods. Though one walked among men and the other shone with eternal light, their bond was unbreakable — two sons, one soul. Together they rode into glory, sailing with the Argonauts, facing war, wind, and wave as equals. But fate would not let them remain so; Castor, of the earth, fell in battle, his life claimed by time. In anguish, Pollux turned his eyes from Olympus and chose love over eternity, offering to share his immortality with his fallen brother. In the shadowed underworld, Castor stood before the three judges — Aeacus, Rhadamanthus, and Minos — and proved his soul’s worth not with might, but with truth. Moved by this sacrifice, Zeus and Hades made a divine pact: the brothers would share life and death, trading places between Olympus and the Field of Reeds. Though apart, they remained linked by rhythm and memory, until the gods, unable to deny their unity, placed them in the sky as the constellation Gemini — twin stars dancing forever in the firmament, guiding those who still believe in love that burns brighter than death.

Balance

Zeus descends to earth in the form of a swan and plants the divine seed in Leda. From this act, two sons are born — one mortal (Castor) and one divine (Pollux). Their fate is sealed before they draw breath.

1.) The Swan and the Seed

Castor and Pollux are raised as twins — different in nature, but bound by an unbreakable spiritual thread. One born of flesh, the other of light — yet their love moves as one rhythm, one soul.

2.) Two Sons One Soul

The twins begin to feel the tension of their differences. Pollux holds immortality; Castor walks among mortals. They clash — not out of anger, but because of fate's imbalance. Their love is tested by fire and blood.

3.) Skyfire & Earthblood

Castor begins to feel the weight of his mortality. He knows his days are numbered, while his brother will live forever. This is a lament of flesh, of time, and of being left behind.

4.) Mortal Brother

A flashback to when the brothers fought side by side with Jason and the Argonauts. A celebration of youth, purpose, and unity — before destiny pulled them apart.

5.) Sailing with the Argonauts

Bobby K is based on Thursday Island and currently has three self produced albums out.  His mix of Island Reggae, contemporary and traditional sounds showcase his songs, which are based on the challenges faced in the Torres Strait.  Cycle carries a message to fathers, empowering them to come together calling for our leaders to stand in unity for our children and their future.
