If you're having a day where it feels like it's difficult to have time and space to breathe... spend a few moments with this track. Take a few self care moments of calm to shut out the world and use our quirky sounds to help visualize the "weight of the world residing within and on your lungs or chest" to be melting away, being plunked away, washed or rinsed away by The Divine. Breathe slowly, deeply... exhaling your concerns for just a few moments.
