Manchester based DJ and producer Marcus Paulson debuts on MOS Recordings. Kicking of with a typical Aroy Dee-approved sunrise jam on 'No Go Zone' before three slabs of jacking acid take over. Ticking all boxes from thumping Chicago house to gritty acid and emotive tear jerking strings this EP has all MOS characteristics from start to finish.

Marcus Paulson - No Go Zone

Back after he summer holiday feeling a little bit too relaxed and still in holiday mode.  luckily the amount of fresh material coming out weekly saves the soul.  Not often we play the 2 versions of a track in one episode but TR Ones' 'Turning point out now on Intrinsic Rhythm is just too good not to.  Brand new fish from the D and my man Big Strick who has been a staple of the show since the 2nd episode way back in 2012, deep don't die baby! Elsewhere Placid's W.G.D ups the acid ante with a 12 from Dircsen, more off that excellent slab of wax over rate coming weeks. Baldo has hit a rich seam as of late and again providing the goods on the reliable E Beamz imprint, listen and hear what I'm talking about. Local Manchester talent dropping bombs on MOS Marcus Paulson with his take on the classic Chicago sound and its a killer EP out on the 26th September through Delsin, run go tell a friend!  Providing the fibre with the breaks and bass is myself and Brent Aquasky's Amen Tec and EMOTEC and Acid Boom with a mighty array of breakbeat delights, I may reveal the person behind the track 'Outta Limits' next week but for now gonna keep you guessing. After a little summer break, Aquatic Gardens returns with music exploration from all types of scenes. During the holidays, we had the pleasure to meet https://soundcloud.com/armando-savatteri, a native of the Sicilian islands that guided us in the discovery of their beauty.

He is curly and warm like a Mediterranean soul, one that does not recognize the boundaries of music selection but only its magic power. Digging deep into record mines, he has brought unthinkable compositions from the 80s and 90s back to the present light. In this vinyl-only set, he gives us a demonstration of what can be found in the archives of ancient collectors of dance music and how it can be combined into a symphony of stories.

There is an unusual flavor of progressive house, electro, and disco from another dancing generation who are the protagonists of this mix, a cheerful company of synths and vocals that lighten the hearts and boost imagination. Enjoy the sound.
