Myles Sergé is a low flying techno producer, hard working label head and old school DJ, however he prefers the term ‘reclusive perfectionist’. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Myles experienced a temporary sojourn to the beachside of the the UK’s Brighton before relocating to Berlin. In some respects the American’s music bypasses the melodic classicalism of Detroit for a stripped-back European take on techno, though the mettlesome machine- funk of his raw style, and rough and ready prowess behind the decks, is never too far from the outer-regions of the US’ motorcity he calls home.

Mixes from 9-System and DJ Patrick. Fascinated by the monolithic edifices that form the backbone of modern industrial infrastructure, 9-System strives to evoke that same sense of scale by mixing vast, textured atmospheres with heavy percussion, connected by moments of euphoria. Since entering the SF music scene he’s had the opportunity to engage with the community in a variety of ways - playing undergrounds in SF and the east bay, being billed alongside industrial techno legend Perc, and producing local events with his peers in Club Moniker. Patrick's set was recorded at AYLI In The Park live in Golden Gate Park, SF.

Back after he summer holiday feeling a little bit too relaxed and still in holiday mode.  luckily the amount of fresh material coming out weekly saves the soul.  Not often we play the 2 versions of a track in one episode but TR Ones' 'Turning point out now on Intrinsic Rhythm is just too good not to.  Brand new fish from the D and my man Big Strick who has been a staple of the show since the 2nd episode way back in 2012, deep don't die baby! Elsewhere Placid's W.G.D ups the acid ante with a 12 from Dircsen, more off that excellent slab of wax over rate coming weeks. Baldo has hit a rich seam as of late and again providing the goods on the reliable E Beamz imprint, listen and hear what I'm talking about. Local Manchester talent dropping bombs on MOS Marcus Paulson with his take on the classic Chicago sound and its a killer EP out on the 26th September through Delsin, run go tell a friend!  Providing the fibre with the breaks and bass is myself and Brent Aquasky's Amen Tec and EMOTEC and Acid Boom with a mighty array of breakbeat delights, I may reveal the person behind the track 'Outta Limits' next week but for now gonna keep you guessing.
