Anton Bogomolov is a Russian producer and DJ who releases music on vinyl since 2018 and plays at local parties and festivals. Already supported by Moodymann, Dj Muro, Session Victim or Disclosure, he is now releasing the second single from his upcoming EP called 'Deja Vu' where he joins forces with another DJ called Classonix. This new track is a perfect cocktail of sunny beats and groovy dance vibes for house parties. Amsterdam based House head Nachtbraker made his first appearance on "Apparel Music" and on Detroit Swindle's infamous HEIST recordings earlier this year with his fantastic "Gute Laune" EP. We are very pleased to welcome him to our Dirt Crew family and to release his new record.

Being best known for his smooth and deep production with jazzy and soulful elements he also added these ingredients carefully in these 4 new tracks. The opening track „Alright“ has this great cathy piano hook that progresses though the whole track and gives us that sweet old school House feeling, absolutely funky as hell and a standout track that will have you run to the booth to check what the hell it is... unique in every way.

The second track „Braun“ takes us to rougher and more bouncing Hip Hop like beats with spaced out sounds and great Detroit-ish chord progressions. The title track „Janus“ is the true Gem of this release, slow and funky with a tasty Bass Line that gets you moving like crazy once it drops. The whole track teases and teases until it finally opens up to House heaven in the latter part of the track. Last on this wonderful EP is the elegant „Warme Kachel“ or should we say „Hot Oven“ haha.. well the sound is in the title, a very warm and cosy little piece that gets you in the right mood for some heated party action.. either way as warm up track or cool down closing song this beauty will set the right mood for sure.

Over the past 6 years WOLF Music have earned their stripes as stalwart purveyors of refined House and Disco. Now, in the follow up to Medlar and Greymatter’s debut LPs and EPs from the likes of Ishmael, Ossie and Casino Times they ready their 3rd LP from Dutchman Frits Wentink.

Now residing in Amsterdam, Frits has a glowing back catalogue of soulful, Lo Fi club material that’s touched Heist Recordings as well as WOLF in the form of his ‘Mouse’ and ‘Goose’ EPs. With an experimental approach to hardware and instrumentation, his work blooms naturally through jams and improv and in this - his debut LP: ‘Rarely Pure, Never Simple’ we see a development in this experimentation to enlivening effect.

Working with a meld of grubby samples, chunky percussion and the frequent vocal accompaniment of Utrecht based Loes Jongerling, Rarely Pure Never Simple is a journey through Frits’ influences forged into a cohesive pack of grooves and interludes tinged with a certain charming nostalgia.
