Archives, a new podcast series dedicated to the sounds of Moment.

For our second installment, we present YAMA, who captivated the audience as the sun was rising on the final day of the festival.
In this expertly crafted mix, Yama patiently and smoothly brings together a selection of euphoric boogie and house-leaning tracks, creating a unique space that bridges night and day. It was a very special moment at the festival and we’re delighted to present it here for you to enjoy as well!

日本の北端に位置する北海道札幌に在り聖域と称されるPrecious Hallで10年以上オーガナイズを続けるARCHIVをホームとし、日本全国から世界へと活動範囲を拡大する特異点的存在。
Psychedelic Musicのスピリチュアリズム、House Musicのストーリー性、Detroit TechnoのSFディストピア、Minimal Musicのトランスなど、混在する多角的要素を能動的なミックスで立体的に配置する事により時間/空間/精神を未知なる領域へと変容する事を目的とする。その類稀な存在を見出され、DJ NOBUのFuture Terror、MindgamesのThe Labyrinth/ Balance、近年はAsia諸国からの招集、Europe tourではSpekki WebuのMirro Zone 5 Years Tour、System Revival、Georgiaの名門Bassianiでのプレイなど彼への共鳴の輪は広がり続けている。OCCA has been organizing ARCHIV for over 10 years at the sacred club, Precious Hall in Sapporo, located in the northernmost region of Japan, Hokkaido.
 With his own party ARCHIV at the core, he has been expanding his scope of activities from all over Japan to the rest of the world.
As an entity of singularity, he aims to transform time/space/spirit into unknown realms by arranging multifaceted elements such as the spiritualism of Psychedelic Music, the storytelling nature of House Music, the sci-fi dystopian feel of Detroit Techno and the trance of Minimal Music in a three- dimensional way through his deft mixing. 
His rare presence has been recognized and he has been invited to play at DJ NOBU's Future Terror, Mindgames' The Labyrinth/Balance, and in recent years, has been invited to parties in Asia, Spekki Webu's Mirror Zone 5 Years Tour in EU, System Revival and Georgia's prestigious Bassiani, his circle of resonance continues to spread out.

Final Destination

When we invited @akiram-en for the first time in 2017, he blew our minds with one of the most extraordinary sets of the whole festival. This time he played a much bigger stage and slot - with a very different set, though no less captivating and eagerly mind-blowing. The sound of a true shaman.
