در روزهای به هم پیوستن و برخاستن بخش‌های گوناگون طبقه‌ی کارگر قطعه‌ی «یاد» را از گروه هنری ۱۹ بهمن منتشر می‌کنیم. آن زمان که این قطعه به دست ما رسید هنوز خبری از اعتصاب سراسری کارگران پیمانی نفت نبود و رفقای گروه ۱۹ بهمن خواسته بودند این قطعه در سالگرد ۸ تیر، در سالگرد به خاک افتادن حمید اشرف در مهرآباد جنوبی منتشر شود تا نشانی باشد از وفاداری به سنت مبارزه‌ای رهایی‌بخش که گروه هنری ۱۹ بهمن تلاش خواهد کرد امتداد آن باشد در موسیقی کلاسیک ایران. در این میان اما شوری بر پا شد، بخش‌های مختلف طبقه‌ی کارگر روزانه دست از کار می‌کشند، کارگران پیمانی نفت بی‌هراس از اخراج محل کار را ترک می‌کنند. بازنشستگان بخش‌های مختلف هم‌چنان به خیابان می‌آیند. کارگران شهرداری‌ها اعتصاب می‌کنند. کشاورزان عاصی به نمادهای قدرت حاکم در سازمان‌های آب هجوم می‌برند. کشمکش در هفت‌تپه هم‌چنان و هر روزه در جریان است. کارگران راه‌آهن و مخابرات، رانندگان کامیون و معلمان کارنامه‌سبز، بازنشستگان هما و فولاد همه و همه در کار اعتصاب و اعتراض و تجمعند. در حالی که سرمایه‌داری حاکم هار و درنده‌خو می‌تازد و طرفداران نظم سرمایه در «اپوزیسیون» هم‌چنان چشم به کشاکش میان دولت‌ها و پارلمان‌ها و سناتورها دوخته‌اند، زحمتکشان به نیروی خویش در برابر ستم ایستاده‌اند. آنها که در ۸ تیر ۱۳۵۵ خانه‌ی مهرآباد جنوبی را محاصره کردند و یازده گرد دلیر چریک فدایی خلق را به خاک کشیدند، گمان برده بودند ایده‌ی رهایی و برابری را با بدن‌های مشبک کشته‌گانِ آن روز دفن می‌کنند. در روزهای بعد از آن کشتار اما ده‌ها هسته از گوشه گوشه‌ها رویید. کار ناتمام روز ۸ تیر را با کشتار بی‌حساب، حاکمان جمهوری تمام کردند. ایده‌ی رهایی اما ماند تا همین ۸ تیر ۱۴۰۰، حتا اگر به همان نام خوانده نشود، با همین نام فراموش‌شده در رزم هر روزه برمی‌خیزد. در قامت آنها که به آن آرمان، به آن نبرد وفادار مانده‌اند. تا اینجای راه را با خیل شهدایمان پیموده‌ایم و ادامه‌ی راه را خواهیم رفت. گروه هنری ۱۹ بهمن تمنای احیای سنتی در موسیقی‌ای است که به تاراج رفته و به کالای مناسب مصرف در بازار سرمایه تبدیل شده است، تمنای احیای موسیقی‌ای که مطیع نیست، می‌رزمد و چه زمانی مناسب‌تر برای انتشار آن در روزهایی که چشم‌ها با حیرت و تحسین به طبقه‌ای دوخته شده است که رهایی آن موجب رهایی همه‌گان خواهد شد، به پرولتاریا.
