Die gebürtige Berlinerin Isi, alias Katzengold, legt bei ihren Sets besonderen Wert auf Storytelling, mit besonders viel Gefühl und Emotionen. Das Zusammenspiel aus träumerischen Melodien und treibendem Sound lädt zum gemeinschaftlichen Davonschweben ein, ganz unbeschwert vom Kopf übers Herz direkt in die Füße.
Deshalb beschreibt sie ihren Stil auch gerne als „Dreamer Techno“. Seit Anfang 2021 ist sie Teil des Labels 3000Grad und hat im selben Jahr zusammen mit Gleichgesinnten das Flinta Kollektiv FEMQUENCY gegründet, um sich für mehr Gleichberechtigung und gegenseitigen Support starkzumachen. Zudem ist sie Resident-DJ im legendären Club Ritter Butzke.

Rocketing into the SoundCloud universe with my set from Kater Blau! 🚀

My debut at the legendary Pocket Rockets and Fool and the Gang event was hands-down my favorite gig so far. Playing from 1-4 AM on the Hopper floor, right after the incredible Pauli Pocket and before Yobovski, was nothing short of magical. Huge thanks to Pauli Pocket and Foolik for trusting me with this moment. It meant the world. 💫

I’m so grateful for the amazing crowd who danced with us, my gorgeous friends who supported me, the talented artists who made the night unforgettable, and the loving Kater crew who keep this magical place alive. Naicet sounds like „nice set“ and has caused some confusion and funny situations by the dance floor. But it is her actual name. Being half Mexican and half German the name comes from the language of the Maya, meaning „dreaming next to …“. In contrast to that, her sound isn’t quite dreamy but can rather be described as drifty, dark but melodic. Originating from Hip Hop and RnB, Naicet discovered a fast growing passion for electronic music in her early twenties in Berlin and found her way behind the decks in 2020 beneath the Mystic Creatures event series. Her energetic sets have reached several German clubs and festivals but also international stages.
