The purpose of this meditation is to quieten the thoughts that lead to worries and anxiety and to elevate your awareness away from your personal self and to create a personal and intimate relationship between you and the universe around you. This will help to gain an appreciation of how the universe and you are connected and how stress can be easily managed when you widen your perspective away from your thoughts.
