Nickie Fowler accidentally discovered dance music when he attended a Brooklyn rave as a teenager. The interest was palpable, and within a few months, he had purchased his first pair of turntables.  He began to acquire a huge collection of vinyl records from across all different genres and taught himself to mix them seamlessly. Today, he is just as comfortable on a pair of CDJs as he is on Technics and is widely regarded by peers and patrons as having great technical skill. A part of the Cool Dad Records crew in Buffalo, NY - he and the guys spend their time finding choice records, throwing amazing parties, and telling terrible jokes.  Dark, minimal techno are his sounds of choice, and he is always expanding his taste and repertoire.
