Although I usually wait several weeks before posting new tracks, I did this one on impulse. I felt I had to put this message across.    
No matter how hard life can be, how unjust, how many sorrows we go through, I learnt that there is no point holding on to the past, to anger, or whatever any other negative emotions. Who’s right…who’s wrong…who said….who didn’t say…..
Life’s too short. 
I’ve gone, through too many sad experiences in my life to let them get to me any longer. From the loss of my boyfriend, my job, my home, illness, a failed friendship, the loss of my dad and so on, I’m not gonna wallow any longer. I say to anyone……..move on…..be happy. Copyright protected ©

Bio
In 2007 at age 63 Montrealer Peter Wheeler bought his first guitar. He then went to amazon.com and purchased a book called “How To Play The Guitar for Dummies”. Since then he hasn’t looked back. 

Sometimes serious - sometimes humorous Wheeler’s music seeks to re-capture the Classic Vibes  from the 70’s & 80’s. To best describe his music imagine Bob Dylan & The Doors meet The Clash & Leonard Cohen at the Hotel California & share a bottle of wine with Tarantino. Peter Wheeler is a poet - focusing all his energies into creating musical canvases to express his personal vision of the world surrounding him. 

For several years Peter was part of the local bar scene in the Greater Montreal area.  He performed as the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for The Rock Roulette Band. His experiences giving live performances and continually improving his guitar playing has truly shown that you can teach an old dog new tricks.

In 2020 Peter teamed up with Johnny Vienneau, a multi- talented musician and Producer from Montreal and recorded his first album of cover songs called "Self Portrait".  https://soundcloud.com/peter-wheeler/sets/self-portrait-1

Today Peter continues to pursue his passion for The Arts by doing portraits of friends, family and people he greatly admires. In 2021 he became a re-born again environmentalist and his songwriting is now focused on increasing awareness of the climatic challenge facing the planet.

New album Audio/Visual is now available exclusively on SC and BandCamp, featuring my favorite tracks from 2024-25. Soon to be released more widely to Spotify and other platforms.

My genre influences include electronic, downtempo, lofi, experimental, rock, blues, indie, prog, post rock, ambient, synthwave, trip hop, and hip hop. 

My recent tunes are produced using Ableton Live, FabFilter suite plugins, and often feature synths like Pigments, Microfreak, and Minilogue XD. I'm also beginning to incorporate guitar a lot more!

Hello my dear friends, this was my last publication here, I was so happy to share all my musical emotions with you all :) listening and supporting all your creations and mixes, this has been the source of all my inspirations & productions.
