Hey there. In this musical sampler, you'll hear plenty examples of the various styles of music I can compose as well as produce. Everything from peppy, upbeat and light orchestral to sweeping, epic sagas with choirs on top of loud brass, to hot jazz or electronic fused with 60's and jazz. There's also nuanced underscore for projects that need a bit more musical space. I even have chirping birds with my Low Fi sampler. :P  

All of the stuff here is composed by and produced solely by me with the exception to: 

Casual, Puzzler, Comical, Covers, Quirky Sampler - From 2:18, this sampler shows off the music I did for Wolf Toss which has some original music I did as well as several arrangements of classical pieces that are public domain. Have you ever heard the Sugar Plum Fairies done on KAZOO?!?! Well you can in this track!

Low Fi, Hip Hop, Jazz, Remix, Narration Clips Sampler - That is comprised of music I've done for SkateBIRD and that soundtrack is drawing from original stuff I've done as well as various royalty free samples and loops that I'm using, editing and tweaking to make work within my original compositions. Much like a DJ would sample records and change them around.

This might be my favorite song on the album.

Wrote this one in a day.  A pretty full day mind you, but a day nonetheless.  I had written a swing-style part for our Sonic Boom relay ( https://soundcloud.com/relaybros/sonic-boom ) and I figured I'd attempt something stylistically similar as one of my last album tracks.

It came out goodlywell. :)

2021 Music Sampler - Orchestra & Choir, Epic, Dramatic, Sweeping

This is my Ethnic inspired sampler that covers Asian, Egyptian, Irish and Polynesian cultures. The reason why I say "inspired" is because I'm full aware that my music isn't fully authentic to the wonderful traditions of these various cultures. This is my take on it and, of course, much of this music was written for various games so it had to match the needs and goals of those products as well. In some cases it's even a fusion of driving drums, bass and synths combined with more traditional instruments and motifs. I hope you enjoy!

Sometimes less is more. Not every project or scene needs everything and the kitchen sink to support it. Many situations need breathing room. Having too much in the music can often be distracting and harmful to the experience! This is especially true in some drama or comedic settings! 

But that doesn't mean a more "simple" cue can't be evocative or dynamic. 

So if you're looking for more simplified, nuanced cues, this sampler is for you! This showcases what I can do for you in those kinds of situations where more restraint is better for the narrative.
