Quick and fun check on my progress since the first time I've ever felt extremely contented with my final mix, thinking it was the best thing I've ever produced. 
Now after years of practice and frustrated persistence I felt the need to evaluate my progress and check how far I've come.

Didn't bother to re-record the 2nd clip's intro again, lol.

Stuff kept constant throughout two mixes:
-All recorded with freeware VSTS for the guitars. No actual amp was used.
-Bass done with Trillian and other freeware VSTS.
-Drums from Superior Drumer 2.0
-Distorted guitar DI tracks
