Eis que sozinho, numa noite estrelada frente ao mar, surgiu essa composição. Um rezo pedindo clareza, firmeza e compreensão nesses tempos de tormentas às forças da mãe do mar. Marinheiro se gradua nas tormentas e vamos aprendendo a navegar a vida com mais amor e sinceridade, atravessando as tempestades com calma e sabedoria.


No processo a talentosa Josii Yakecan se propôs a somar com sua linda voz, Caio Guimarães na percussão e Camilla Coutinho com suas belas imagens do mar e na criação e concepção do vídeo. Muitos agradecimentos a todos e todas!

Canto do coração, às vezes é necessário gritar ao mundo o que se passa dentro, lá nas entranhas do nosso ser. A música é potência, cura profunda e contém toda magia de transformação. Acredito com todas as forças na criatividade e que todos e todas devemos mais é nos expressar!

Meu plano era fazer algo mais bem acabado mas não quero esperar. 🙂


Apesar de todas as limitações técnicas e musicais, todos os mosquitos durante a gravação, voltando a me acostumar com a flauta, minha vontade maior é compartilhar esse canto e ver ele ressoar por aí. Alentando os corações e trazendo alegria nesses dias intensos. Força para nós!

A Deeply sacred Huni Kuī chant sung with a newly received melody. 

Forever grateful to the ancient wisdom of the forest and her keepers for these deeply sacred ancestral prayers and the blessing to learn and sing through the heart of the forest.  

This prayer was recorded on my iPhone.  
I just landed home from Portugal,  waiting for my family to return home.  The Sun began to kiss the Sea and my heart was full
of love.

Huni Kuin prayer ~ Hawe Dau Tibuya

Around midnight I sat alone with candle light in the Santo Daime temple and received this song.   We had passed our first year of grief, by the grace of Spirit we had survived it and following a mystical guidance, we were realising a dream of building a sanctuary, a home to heal,  deep in the womb of a magical mountain.  This prayer is a song of gratitude to the sacred land which held me and my family, to the path of the medicine, the beauty way which grounds, strengthens and gifts me with the wisdom to keep walking forward with an open heart.  One night a few years ago, together with a friend, "Marco like Polo", we spontaneously decided to record it and most recently I have been lovingly encouraged to share it.  I hope this song brings peace to your heart, strength to your spirit and reminds you in testing times that you are stronger than you think you are and with the loving presence, connection and intimacy with Nature, not separate from ourselves we have the capacity to heal the deepest of wounds, and make peace with ineffable pain in radical trust with the divine wisdom of the Great Mystery.
