Stephen Disario has placed himself at the forefront of Los Angeles’s techno community with his signature style of moody, driving techno. Whether in the studio or behind the decks his sound is distinct, and his passion rings clear in his music. Stephen has also offered huge contributions to the Los Angeles scene by organizing events under the Cognition brand, which he co-founded in 2017, and through his involvement with H2Audio, a premier LA based sound company. He had his breakthrough year in 2020 with his track "Rave" gaining support from Amelie Lens, Pan Pot, and many others. Stephen continued to break the mold in 2021 with the release of "Pulse" which was constant rotation and found its way into Chris Liebing’s AM/FM podcast. 2023 sparked a new chapter with the launch of Conundrum Records, showcasing Stephen's unique sound as well as bringing on like-minded peers in the scene for releases and label showcases. You can catch Stephen playing at sweaty warehouses small and large as well as notable events like ADE, Boiler Room, CRSSD, and others.

Darren Abela, who plays under the alias of Echofaze, is a Maltese DJ and producer who has been DJing in clubs in Malta and Berlin for over 20 years.

Dancing to every tune he plays, his physical presence behind the decks is unique. A pioneer in the local scene, his love for Techno, Groove and Hardgroove have seen him signed up as a resident at one of southern Europe's most prestigious Techno festivals, Glitch.

He's also graced the decks in some of the most infamous clubs in Berlin, including Tresor and RSO.

Echofaze also excels as a producer, mainly releasing hardgroove titles that have been becoming ever more popular with his peers. He's currently releasing titles on many major labels, including Subsist, Kusiya and Xelima.

With a career spanning decades, Retina.it known also for their pioneering QMen project with Rino Cerrone - helped ignite the original Napoli techno movement back in 1995. Their music has graced labels like Design Music (Marco Carola) and Conform (Gaetano Parisio), defining the city's signature raw, analog sound.

Domenico Crisci continues to carry that torch forward. With acclaimed releases on L.I.E.S., Jealous God (Silent Servant, Regis, James Ruskin), Semantica, and more, he remains one of the most uncompromising voices in modern techno.

This release is a convergence of two generations - uncompromising, hypnotic, and true to the roots of Napoli’s underground.
