I did that walk under a full moon on my own with only a mobile for light. I was stoked to see glowworms, but blown away to meet a wild kiwi.

I dont know if this is relaxing or intense..

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones. The tone is C#, 68.05hz.

Puketi Forest is an ancient kauri (Agathis australis) forest located in Northland near Kerikeri. With the Omahuta Forest it forms one of the largest contiguous tracts of native forest in Northland.
It has 15,000 hectares (37,000 acres) of kauri, podocarp and hardwood trees and a rich diversity including hundreds of recorded species of plants, some of which are found nowhere else in the world.  The short Manginangina Kauri Walk follows a boardwalk that winds through a mature stand of kauri and swamp forest. It’s a track that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
