Very Nice Recording - very rich sound. Would you say that the "warm" sound can be attributed to the MKH mics?

I think I heard one or two Myna calls, otherwise the soundscape wouldn't be out of place in a European woodland at sunset. Interesting that the native species seem to compete with the introductions during the dawn chorus but not so much at dusk.

Silence (Estonian Forest)

Life positively abounds in Sarawak, Borneo and nowhere more than the Lambir Hills, which scientists recognize as one of the world’s most ecologically diverse areas. When they sampled just 52 hectares of the park’s 7,000 hectares, they found 1,050 different species of trees, each supporting 1,200 species of insects.

Quiet evening, after rain, in forest near Lake Winona in the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas, Sept 1, 2012.  Compilation of extracts from a 30+ min recording made just after sunset.  The obvious bird is a pileated woodpecker.  Don't know what the other birds are.   Crickets and cicadas throughout.  Recording made using a handheld parabolic mic.  There were many mosquitoes attacking, so there is some mic handling noise.   [location: 34° 47.732' N 92° 52.358' W]

10/01/13 Waipoua forest sunset.

This area of the forest has been logged extensively but seems to have recovered some, this was the liveliest area I could find where the Indian Myna wasn't the dominant species.

Sounds of Nature - Relaxing Rainforest

this song was written amongst the islands of the east coast of Australia.

after spending months on my fathers marine conservation yacht I headed to shore with my ukulele, sleeping bag and food for dinner on the fire. I spent the whole night on a private beach under the stars and around the fire. far away from society and the rest of the world. I felt truly inspired that night to bring that moment into the world and so, society was created that night.

Что может быть лучше звуков природы? Бегущие ручьи под первыми тёплыми лучами солнца, пение птиц и звонкая капель приходящей весны, шум шелестящих ветвей, словно морская волна с перекатами и приливом и конечно же, скрип старых сосен, томно раскачивающихся на ветру. Всё это собрано в этом музыкальном треке, записанным мною в апреле.

Эта композиция, создана для расслабления нервной системы и приведения её в порядок. Каждый кусочек звука собран в единый трек продолжительностью 25 минут. Вступление состоит из звуков ручья и воды, что бы ввести слушателя в тему и расслабить, дальше, вы услышите грозные раскаты гула ветвей от сильного ветра, это расслабит и позволит отвлечься от ненужных мыслей. В середине трека, вы услышите загадочный скрип сосен, а к концу композиции мы вернёмся к солнечному ручью. 

Надеюсь вы прослушаете данный трек до конца и он не только очарует Вас, но и поможет вам расслабиться и привести ваши нервы в порядок! Релаксируйте, расслабляйтесь и любите природу. Для прослушивания, я рекомендую надеть хорошие наушники и лежать закрыв глаза в тишине.


Sounds of Nature - a pine forest in April

What could be better than the sounds of nature? Flowing streams under the first warm rays of the sun, bird songs and calls drops of spring coming, the sound of rustling branches, like a sea wave and tidal shoals, and of course, the creaking of old pine trees, languidly swaying in the wind. All this comes in this musical track recorded by me in April.

This composition is designed to relax the nervous system and bring it into order. Each piece is assembled into a single audio track of 25 minutes. The entry consists of the sounds of the creek and water, which would introduce the listener to the topic and relax, go on, you will hear the ominous rumble rumble branches from the strong wind, it will relax and get away from unwanted thoughts. In the middle of the track, you will hear a mysterious creaking pine trees, and by the end of the song we go back to the solar stream.

I hope you will listen to this track to the end and it will not only enchant you but also help you to relax and bring your nerves in order! Relaxing, relax and enjoy nature. To listen, I recommend to put on good headphones and lay eyes closed in silence.
