As a producer, Cloak (@cloakdaggernyc)is resident curator for German based label NDYD, virtual artist in residency for the Hard Rock Hotel in Dublin, alongside his own boutique edit series Noc Boots. With a production style deep seeded in Balearic disco, house and laid back R&B grooves; a blend influenced by his European roots and an upbringing that sought musical refuge in the eclectic NYC FM dial of the 80’s and 90’s. Cloak has releases under Midnight Riot, Claude Challe’s select series, Bastard Jazz recordings, Horeazon, Phlamencore and the Timewarp imprint.

There are so many positive things I could say about our guest this week because I ABSOLUTELY love this guy and the friendship we have. He is one of the OGs and alumni of the radio show since it's early days. It's not a coincidence that I am putting out his guest set early because him and I are headlining this coming Saturday at the super club Supernova in beautiful Seattle. One of my favorite places in the world to play. If you are in The City of Goodwill this weekend please join us because the night will be epic. Ajax has given a beautiful preview and taste of what will incur. With his permission, I will copy and paste the note he send me when he forward me the mix which describes beautifully what the mix is about:

"Here we are, a year later after my Alumni Mix and it's already time for my Masters Degree!  It's with great pleasure I present my 6th mix for NDYD Show! Ricardo Torres, a West Coast DJ, is known for blending deep, soulful house and disco with a smooth, sultry West Coast vibe. His music is crafted for true dance music enthusiasts, delivering uplifting, groovy, and sexy experiences rooted in the underground scene.

Ricardo’s DJ journey began in 1987 at a college radio station in Montreal, Canada, where he initially spun industrial electronic music.
