My co-host @gregmiddleton was on hosting duties for this show, bringing another selection of new releases and forgotten gems. His welcomed his special guest Sister Sesh, from Cardiff in Wales!

DJ Sister Sesh lives and breathes music and is a multi genre DJ who plays all things House, Disco, & Garage. 

Relatively new to the Cardiff scene.... she has quickly become a firm favourite as a resident for Local night Shake The Horse, playing local venues such as Paradise Garden and night club District playing along side Darius Syrossian, as well as becoming established on the festival circuit playing Glastonbury & Big Love. Ricardo Torres is a West Coast DJ whose sound blends deep, soulful house and disco with the smooth, sun-kissed energy of Los Angeles. His mixes are crafted for true dance floor devotees—uplifting, groovy, and deeply rooted in the underground.

Ricardo began his DJ journey in 1987 at a college radio station in Montreal, later discovering Chicago House and falling in love with its raw emotion and rhythm. After moving to Los Angeles in 1995, he found inspiration in the city’s soulful spirit and from influential DJs like Jay-J, Marques Wyatt, Julius Papp, Mark Farina, and Miguel Migs.

An early pioneer of online mix sharing in 2000, Ricardo quickly gained international recognition, leading to global performances and radio syndication. In 2016, he partnered with Germany’s Nu Disco Your Disco (NDYD) to launch the NDYD Radio Show, a weekly showcase of modern Nu Disco and soulful house that continues to attract a devoted worldwide audience.

Across decades and evolving trends, Ricardo’s mission remains the same: to share music that uplifts, connects, and celebrates the enduring groove of house.
