Bonk Records is celebrating its first year, and to mark this milestone, the label is gearing up for a special Various Artist (VA) release titled Bonkscapes Vol 1, this compilation reflects the label's commitment to diverse musical styles.  

Founded by DJ/Producers Indraa and Vajra, the VA compilation features tracks across various genres—breakbeat, techno, ambient, house, minimal, and trance.  Featuring a lineup of talented artists ANIMISM, Ajunt, Bhrigu Sahni, Calm Chor, Chaos Theory Exp, Chutney Rebel, Deep East, Dubsyd, Flux vortex, Indraa, Innerworld, Ku Takada, MicroFillz, Nachtwald, Rolphëus Gheo, Saivite, SALR, Shantam, Sixth Tone, VajraM,   

Each track contributes a unique flavor to 'BonkScapes Vol. 1.' Together, they enrich the varied musical tapestry that Bonk Records has cultivated.

"A powerful glow paralyses time in the night. The hypnotic lights and the darkness of the ravine draw together silence and noise, the harmonic vibrations of a-formed bodies.
It's a different light, travelling cautiously and heavily, enough to pierce boundaries. It can permeate and engulf anything, its bioluminescence is magical and part of its amorphous system. 
It's both astral and all too earthly. All around, sparkling threads weave the world's most intricate mesh: those who only travel in a straight line will be able to dodge the stars, but not this. It will be absorbed and be light."

With Dimensional Descent, Raär develops an EP with a dense environment of complex, subtle crevices, from which he conjures up a procession of patterns with the air of mystical, powerful creatures. Over the course of this 8-track opus, he constructs and stretches a suffocating, dark atmosphere, the mother matrix of a techno sometimes lined with a sulfur-acidified dub, articulated by matt, massive rhythms.
Criss-crossed by ultra-velocity percussion and organic bursts, and pierced by celestial voice-like breakthroughs, Raär's sonic labyrinth is a skilfully orchestrated space-time continuum of pulsations that prevents surrender and allows no salvation. Only trance will be allowed.
