May the planet of love bestow a relaxing meditative state for you to rise.

Lots of synths - bass arp, pianos, reverb and acoustic guitars, orchestral basses, cello, and French horn set to hip hop and Latin beats at 75 bpm.

I played French horn as a child from age 10-18 in a public school concert band and later marching band. So I added a brief French horn passage with cello in a short classical treatment to herald the arrival of Venus and a nod to the Renaissance painting of the Goddess of Love.

Good Old Days

My friend and close collaborator @rplanes offered me this great arrangement and the title and theme that he thought might make an interesting subject matter. Initially, I was scratching my head as the topic seemed too vast but then the ideas started to attach themselves to his melodies and I was hooked. Humans en masse appear to be taking wrong-turnings and making things worse rather than better. This is me letting off a little steam with Rod's help. Thanks for taking the time to listen.

This is one of those songs, you just had to get off your chest! All of you creatives will understand that. Its not the hippest or the coolest song , even the music  is understated and the production is lacking, but the words are where the heart is .
