I was Born in Essex, I've played in Pubs & Clubs all over the South East. I moved out Rhodes, Greece in the 90's, playing at Set (Club), and Q (Club), in Faliraki. Came back to the UK in 2000 and started promoting my own Soul Nights, and 90s House Nights. I have been on the line up of one of the World's most successful Soul Weekenders for the last 15 years. I have also been involved in Radio for a long time: UK Radio (Greece), Link FM (Essex), Starpoint, Stomp Radio, and currently CentreForce Radio. I love playing tasteful remixes of 70's & 80's Disco, Funk, Soul tunes, underplayed Disco & Funk Rare Grooves, and 90's House Bangers.

Musically my influences are far and wide.. 70's and 80's soul/funk, disco, pop, electro, hip hop and reggae, along with a variety of electronic dance styles from the early underground house music scene, I have an eclectic taste which is reflected in many of my bar sets. ‘Creativity is the key and my aim is always to have fun and produce a memorable mix with plenty of surprises’.

I like to create not just collections in a single genre. I am trying to piece together the music that creates a certain mood and atmosphere. That's why in my mixes often unexpected combinations of styles. But all this is done with a fine sense of harmony and nothing seems out of place. Enjoy)

Soft, round and carefully covered with icing sugar. Under a giant pile of cream, a sweet core is concealed. Semla's.. an inspiration for and description of original music and sweet arrangements.

Out to Semla Orchestra is an acoustic quartet consistent of voice, trombone, baritone saxophone and double bass. Through original compositions combined with arrangements, this band aims for the core flavor. Experimenting with dough-textures, sugary toppings and layers of whipped cream, creates possible ways to imagine, discover or even have a taste of the inside.
