Portland producer and multi instrumentalist Posy returns to Bastard Jazz with "Netami". Harkening back towards the mid 70s sounds of the likes of Grover Washington Jr. and Bob James - the track is mellow exploration into analog production combined with Posy's deep jazz influences. 35 years after Blackbox's Everybody Everybody became a dancefloor anthem, Bazza Ranks brings it back to life with a reworked version that's much more than a simple cover. With new lyrics and fresh production, he has stayed true to the essence of the original but brought renewed energy, reimagining the track as a Nu-Disco stomper with funked-out bass, a vibrant horn section and piano hooks.
