PHNX (pronounced “Phoenix”) has been an avid member of the drum and bass community and electronic music industry for over a decade. Having worked with event and music brands on an international scale, PHNX’s perspective on dance music culture has helped showcase her to a wide audience. Her music production and selections are fueled by breakbeats, vocals, and forward-thinking subgenres of electronic music. Previously booked as direct-support for artists like LTJ Bukem, Wilkinson, Rene LaVice, Grafix, and Hyroglyphics, PHNX has graced the stage of The Avalon, Exchange LA, and The Belasco Theater. She has performed at Bassrush, Respect LA, Teleport Festival, Fire Drums Festival, SD Union, and more. PHNX has affiliations with crews from Los Angeles, San  Diego, and the Southern California desert.

A San Diego-native with nearly a decade of experience in the industry under her belt, she co-founded Techit Easy at Blonde Bar that show off her skills as a curator. Now, she’s begun to dive deeper into the dance music scene and has hopped behind the decks as well.

Whether she’s spinning as mal eny or as MALOS, a dark techno project that pairs her with another stunner from San Diego, DELOS, her extensive taste in music comes through fully. Charles Rebellion has been deeply embedded in the southern California rave scene since 1996 and has been crushing dance floors in both the Jungle DnB, and Bass music circles starting in 2003. He had his start pushing bass to the masses as an online radio show host (DnBTV.com) in 2006, while also playing events, outdoor festivals, and intimate desert gatherings both locally and nationwide. Charles has performed from Las Vegas to Philly, out in Bristol (UK) and Toronto (CAN). He has also held multiple DnB residencies in both San Diego and Los Angeles counties for well over the past decade while also continuing to stay eclectic with his deep arsenal of selections and bringing a different feel to every platform on which he performs. 

Rebellion loves to take the listeners on a journey through the music no matter what BPM range in the music. Balancing Leftfield sounds alongside familiar, high-energy-filled beats, he traverses through sub-genres and obscure grooves seamlessly within the bass music realm, bringing something fresh and rewarding to the dance floor every time.
