so, john w here. long time no see. honestly hadn't expected to make a return with how long i was gone, but i'm back and surprisingly more creatively driven than i think i've ever been, even NR is back from the dead and undergoing genuine progress that i hope to share some time in the future (watch the music/art block kick in in like a week). but yeah, tl;dr, i have returned and i hope you all enjoy whatever content i shove out.

also i didn't really have a reason to come up with a new username but i think it sounds better than just using my name lol

also i'm pretty sure i used shinkonet's midi of the og song when i made the original ages ago so credit to them.

Just a small little post to show that I'm not dead.
This is also extremely generic so sorry if it's honestly just pretty meh.  I did this at 4 AM when I was half asleep.

But yeah, ever since I saw that K. Rool got into Smash Ultimate, I wasn't too excited due to how little I knew about the DK series as a whole.  But after doing some research (and listening to the Gangplank Galleon remake for hours on end), I'm honestly pretty hyped for Smash Ultimate's release.  But really, who isn't hyped?

Well I didn't really want to update this, nor do I like this version over the previous one, but I can't think of anything else and nobody is recommending me anything. I transcribed pretty much 90% of this from scratch, but for things like panning and velocities, I referenced a MIDI I found here: www.vgmuseum.com/mrp/multi/midis.htm#sotn

so this was the other spongebob megalo i was talking about. ~~hi 2~~ (but seriously though, bibulus is the real HI.)

this, other than pencil streak the game, is probably my favorite game. of course, there's simpsons hit and run/hellfish the game, but it's a tough competition to see which game is the favorite.

i don't remember where it came from to begin with, but i DO fondly remember myself playing the shit out of this and beating the game several times before the game disc was starting to wear out, causing the game to crash or softlock whenever i went to sand mountain.

this game is a REALLY fun game and really crosses the border with spongebob references and overall creativity. it's a major step up from all of the other spongebob games (i guess you could say the movie game if you've played that as well unlike me, but i imagine it's somewhat similar to bfbb disregarding the same assets and models used), and you should check it out on emulator or on console if the game's still around in stores.

i also watched the (almost) entirety of the 100% longplay of bfbb just for a title lmao. and here's a fun fact! almost every song in the ost is in the key of A major or minor.

Decided to do a remix for my main in Mortal Kombat 11 for no reason other than "I was bored." Sure, the NES game wasn't too great, but the soundtrack is kinda catchy. That, and Rambo is just cool. I love him in MK11, and I am VERY glad that the leak with him, Rain, and Mileena ended up being true.
