Tom was asleep on the couch. He always falls asleep watching TV every night. He usually passes out after the evening news and wakes up around 2am and drags himself into bed. Tonight would be different tonight would be the first time Tom heard “ The Ghosts in The Static.” Tom was fast asleep when the remote fell from his hand and on to the empty cheap beer cans on the floor. Tom awoke to the strangest sound coming from his T.V. It was so many voices all at once. He could hear everything clearly and not at all. He begin to focus his eyes on the color T.V.  He could see people, places, and things. Everything looked exactly the same and completely different.
