Releasing on her label Hammerhead Records, Kilbourne is pulling back, reducing the maximalism of contemporary hardcore to a sparing, bristly, textural gabber. Double BBL cheekily swaps upbeat and downbeat, regular and double time, skronchy acid and clobbering hardcore.

Bots Don't Cry (PLEXØS Remix)

Born and raised in Belém do Pará, this DJ and producer has stood out in recent years for his disruptive and aggressive approach to electronic music. Through a fast and dynamic mixing style, this DJ blends accelerated tracks with corrosive synthesizers to create textures and atmospheres that oscillate between melancholy and violence, getting inspiration from contemporary DJs such as the members of the Gabber Industries Berlin and Casual Gabberz collectives.
His research, as mentioned earlier, focuses on the fusion of genres within Hard Dance Music, such as Gabber, Industrial, Hard Techno, and Hardcore, harmoniously blending with distorted vocals and elements of Latin American sounds and percussion.
Through this unique vision and approach to experimental electronic music, over time, Neon Demon has managed to capture the attention of many leading figures in the city’s electronic avant-garde scene, performing at the main Techno event hubs across the capital. Additionally, he has had several DJ sets released on labels like Passiv-Agressiv, Gestalt, and La Tempesta.
