How freeing to break through scheduled life to those moments when a dazzling sunset or a beautiful song with a beat arrives unexpectedly, tapping you on the shoulder to take a pleasure trip of heart and soul. To become wonderstruck if even for minutes can color an entire day or more.

Sometimes, when the quiet space between thoughts widens and the mind becomes speechless at the awesome beauty of the heavens, a touch of melancholy dances with the splendor, perhaps a fleeting regret for having not previously stood still long enough to experience the wonder of it all. So there’s an easing of something too tight — perhaps a dance shoe? — before the goosebumps, before the eureka minute, to trip the light fantastic.

Synth guitars, pianos, keyboard, clarinet, and bass — all set to hip hop beats at a wonderstruck 60 bpm.

In the Christian world to which we belong, the Advent season has begun and there has even been a bit of snow in some places, just like in our city. The Christmas season is perhaps also a good time to say thank you. We were lucky enough to grow up in families who looked after us and did everything they could to make us happy. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. Sometimes you only remember to say thank you when someone falls seriously ill or dies and you realize what that person has done for you. One day it may be too late to say thank you- nobody lives forever. This song is a big thank you to our parents and families. In this sense, it is also our contribution to the Christmas season, even if it is not a real Christmas song. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas time, including of course those who do not belong to the Christian world.

This track is a collaboration with Masha @masha-solo the vocalist of Archmage Band @archmageband2 After creating a section arranged by her for the instrumental, I continued with other sections, and after completing the instrumental, she added the vocal melody to finish it.

I asked Tony to write something about leaving the rat race and getting back to the country way of life , he came back with these wonderful words , so easy to work with , we hope you like it ! Next out is the 1st song by lyricist Andrea Brennan and myself on the 1st of May , a belter of a song , then on the 9th is a remix of an old one followed by another by me and Andrea . Due to technical problems Charlotte is having , the next release by Charlie and the Fox is slightly delayed , but it will be worth the wait ! This song started as a hauntingly beautiful acoustic piece written and performed by James on his acoustic guitar. He shared it with JJ, who got the rest of us involved. JJ first added his barroom tinkle piano to the piece. Stephen quickly added the moody, tremolo guitar you hear throughout. Then, Ken and I did our little dance of back-and-forth bass-drum tracks until the rhythm section was solid. All that was left was for Stephen to mix it, with which we always appreciate his expert hand. 
  This is our first song with James, and it came together relatively quickly, which means we were all into it and having fun on it. James' page has a lot to hear on it-- some great originals and collabs, and some really cool covers, too. If you like this song, you'd really enjoy stopping by his page, too. As always, we hope you enjoy listening to this one as much as we enjoyed making it.

Absynthetix

All songs are composed for and first played with real instruments. However sometimes, we use several vst instruments to improve the sound.  We experiment with electronic/EDM sounds and effects, alienate natural instrument, sometimes make it sound more electronic.
We are the rest of a musician group, quite a few years ago (at school), actually instrumentalists, 2 female, one of them piano, oboe, the other piano, clarinet, 1 male, all kinds of guitar, also bass and ukulele. The other two are unfortunately missing now (1 female who was our main singer (bad luck, so we have only us - background singers) and violin and 1 male, also guitars). Occasionally there is a real electric guitar or bass, but probably not recognizable as such. So now we sound quite different than before or, at least here...before starting here, our style contained different elements, folk, classical, pop-Rock, sometimes also Hard/Punk-Rock or Metal. When we play live, we still have that sound. We hope some people like our music here!
