Propellar is the sound of two best friends turning beats into bliss.
Think sun-warped synths, stuff you’d play with the windows down, or dance to in your kitchen at 2am.

Blending indie-pop with disco and house, their music is bright, bouncy and made for movement.
Drawing inspiration by the aesthetics of the 60s and 70s and driven by the love for creative exploration, they carve out their own space in electronic pop while growing together as artists and friends.

Since debuting in late 2021, Propellar has been featured on renowned labels like Stil vor Talent, Colorize, ICONYC, 3000 Grad, and Family Piknik Music. Their captivating live show has taken them across Europe and Africa, lighting up festivals such as AfrikaBurn, Feel Festival, Family Piknik Festival, and Fusion Festival, as well as clubs like Sisyphos and Mauerpfeiffer.  Their music got featured in dj sets and radio shows around the world, being played by Paul van Dyke and Pete Tong at BBC 1, among others.

“I don’t like to limit myself by sticking to one particular genre. Genres can sometimes box artists in, pushing them to stick to a specific sound just to maintain a certain image or brand. But I believe music is much more than that. It’s about expression, connection, and creativity. I want to break those rules, to create something that feels real and spontaneous, not confined by labels”.

Emerging from the magnetic pulse of Ibiza and thriving in Berlin’s underground, Franko Muçaj is more than just a DJ—he’s a storyteller through sound. With a foundation rooted in house, tech house, and deep house, his sets are rich in driving basslines and captivating vocals, drawing listeners into a unique experience.

Franko takes the audience on a musical journey, smoothly mixing different styles of house music to create an exciting and dynamic set. Each track has the power to shift the mood, adding an element of surprise that mirrors the spontaneity and thrill of life itself. It’s this sense of unpredictability that drives Franko—he lives for that one track that has the power to change the dynamic of the night and lead the listener into the unknown.

Now based in Berlin, Franko continues to make waves at venues and events such as Noire Berlin, Smile Festival, Amano East Side, Suess War Gestern, Ava Club and Bredouille Bar. His international reach spans European hubs, such as Barcelona, Amsterdam or Wroclaw, playing music in renowed events such as Amsterdam Dance Event, or in more underground venues, as House Tęczowa or Garage 442. 

For Franko, DJing is more than just playing music. From his earliest days, the connection with the crowd has been his greatest inspiration, a shared energy that goes beyond words. With every performance, Franko Muçaj transforms dancefloors into vibrant stories, where music becomes the language that unites us all.

Adae is an artist, producer, and performer based in Berlin. He describes his style of music as "painting with sound" - infusing spectral sound palettes with volumetric ambience as compositions evolve, and entire sets of music unfold. 

A musician since he was 13 years old, he studied ethnomusicology and audio engineering at university and later traveled around the world extensively where he was exposed to new cultures and indigenous sounds. Many of these influences can be found in his music today.

He has performed at Burning Man since 2007, and regularly at events in San Francisco and Seattle. After moving to Berlin, Adae released 3 EP’s of original music that blur the lines between genres and subvert expectations. 

He is the founder of Heart Deco & The Phoenix -- a popular Burning Man project, esplanade camp, and art/sound vehicle that ran for over 6 years -- as well as other projects. 

In 2019 he joined the Holzmarkt GuK cooperative to support the excellent work that this project is doing to build community and creativity in the heart of Berlin including Katerblau. He has also supported one of San Francisco’s top electronic music venues, The Great Northern, as a limited partner since 2016.
