Born in Johannesburg to luso-Mozambican mother and Italian father, raised in his maternal hometown of Maputo - this creative project embodies an identity set in contrasts. Italo-Portuguese by ancestry, South African by birth, Mozambican by historical circumstance - artistic expression is his preferred instrument when navigating through an identity hardly expressible through words.
