Originally slated to be released with Suburban Bicycle Gang's 2023 album in The Cosmos, Bud The Spud had to be dropped due to a snag in licensing.

Finally after getting the clear Suburban Bicycle Gang was able to release their punked up version of Stoppin' Tom Connors country song Bud The Spud.

Suburban Bicycle Gang - Bud The Spud

This a song about taking hits and wondering if things will ever get better. I had frustrating fun while making this song. I composed and recorded directly into Logic for the first time  and my old brain had trouble adapting to it.  I still mixed it with Reaper because I've been using it for several dog years and some cat years as well.  I ended up changing the drum track because sometimes songs need big drums and the first one ended up having too much reverb and sat in the back of the mix.
