Got a little carried away with the progness on this one. Haha. Muahahahahaa. This is another work in proggy clip of a cover of the song "Mission" by Rush featuring Neil Peart Drums (by Sonic Reality) with me doing the keys (Dave 'Squids' Kerzner, your quirky Sound Cloud Sonic Elements host), Steven Robinson on guitar, Valerie Spinner on bass and John Beagley will be laying down vocals on this one. Get Right Up

I bought an eight string guitar  a while back, this is a track where I play bass guitar and guitar parts at once.I used my thumb curled round the neck, which is somewhat tricky on a wide 8 string neck!
The piece was done virtually in one take as I prefer recording 'as played' these days as opposed to endless overdubs and editing!
The guitar part 'swings' in time in relation to the drums, and is deliberately not in perfect time.
