Cornelius Ferguson a.k.a. Traxman And Better know as Corky Strong is from the West Side of Chicago and one of the longest serving producers working in House and Footwork with releases stretching back to the glory days of Ghetto House on Dance Mania records in the nineties. He’s also one of the co-founders of Chicago's two-decades- G.E.T.O DJZ INC clique and a member of DJ Rashad & DJ Spinn's Teklife CREW And the founder of TEKK DJZ 
crew and has recorded with power house lables like dance mania' planet mu' Dizzy Tunes' chi wax' litcity trax' booty tune' booty call records Raw wax and also was one of the creators of the legendary mixtapes on coloured cassettes which were the prototype for Juke and Footwork's evolution. His unique brand of Footwork is very strongly rooted in Chicago's history of Soul, Funk, House and Ghetto Trax; he’s a veteran and renowned crate digger who has provided the sample sources for many of House' Juke and Footwork's classic tracks over the years. His deep knowledge of music (check the mixes he occasionally throws up on the net) makes him one of the city’s most versatile and skilled DJs and producers. 

Traxman's own productions are an incredibly well rounded suture between hip hop’s natural funk and resourceful sample flipping, the hyper-kinetic innovation of footwork’s stop-start, half-time to double-speed drum programming and a deep respect and understanding of Chicago’s House past, that few producers can match; His mixes are a testament to this man's skills.

Yikii composes, arranges, produces, mixes, sings, writes lyrics, and designs album covers for all her music.
​    Since 2017, she has released over ten entirely self-produced albums. Her style has evolved into a complex fusion, consistently showcasing a sleek dichotomy between nightmarish atmospheres and grandiose explosions of energy. Yikii has continually experimented with somber piano music, ethereal vocals, horror sound design, distorted hardcore kick drums, terrifying noise, nursery rhymes, and more. She sometimes writes lyrics in a self-created language, expanding the imaginative space of her music. Although her music often leans toward melancholy, she focuses more on the faint glimmers of light that remain within the darkness. A rich sense of imagery reveals a strange world.
    From a young age, Yikii studied voice and piano. Upon acquiring her first computer, she began teaching herself music production using Logic Pro. Her creative impetus is drawn from nightmares, psychological trauma, and a longstanding fascination with science fiction literature.
    Yikii lives an isolated life, rarely socializing with humans and spending more time with animals. When tormented by the nihility of existence and immersed in nothingness, she creates music and poetry as a refuge, exploring dreams of the organic and inorganic beyond reality.
    During solitary walks, she often carries a recording device, capturing ambient sounds to incorporate into her works as "living music." She believes that these recorded moments are key clues to time travel.
    Yikii no longer performs live, having realized that her main style of music is unsuited to this format. The pressure of human crowds has become unbearable for her, both physically and psychologically.

chaff, straw, splinters of wood, weeds, the sea-gluten, scum, scales from shining rocks, leaves of salt lettuce left by tide, miles walking, the sound of breaking waves...

Brothers Simon & Robin Lee are Faze Action. They have been writing, producing, playing live and DJing for over 20 years and have released 5 critically acclaimed artist LPs and countless remixes, making them one of the most credible and in demand original artists within the growing Disco, House and Balearic scene.
 
Their early successes, included “In the Trees” that features Robin’s classical ‘cello, and “Disco Motion”, became instant classics on the Nuphonic label and changed the musical landscape at the time, paving the way for the Disco revival of today.

The brothers started their musical journey growing up in Amersham in the suburbs of London. With its close proximity to the capital city, Simon & Robin soon found themselves becoming obsessed with Disco, Jazz Funk and early House music. Robin, who was already learning the ‘cello and piano’, says.

 “Simon would bring home records, like Johnny Hammond’s Fantasy, and ask me to play along. We had never heard music like this and we felt we were discovering something new. It was intoxicating”.

By the mid 90’s Simon was DJing and working in a record shop and Robin was playing live regularly in classical concerts and bands. They decided to make their first record, entitled “Original Disco Motion”, a contemporary slice of modern disco, which was sampled by Moodyman, released on the legendary Nuphonic label. 

The track became an instant underground classic, garnering support from Francois K and Frankie Knuckles. This set them up for the next release; “In The Trees”, which went on to become recognised as one of the UK’s classic house records, linking Faze Action to the birth of House and Disco in the UK.

Through the 90’s, 00’s and up to the present day, Faze Action have released an impressive amount of credible original music, including their stunning Afro, Disco, House track, “Kariba” with Zimbabwean artist Zeke Manyika and ”Samba", with Nina Miranda, from their “Moving Cities” LP. 

In 2006 they set up their own label (FAR) and released the classic Space Disco LP "Stratus Energy”, which included “Good Lovin’” and “I Wanna Dancer”, that received support from Horse Meat Disco, Joey Negro and Dimitri from Paris. 

With their 2014 LP; “Body of One”, Faze Action proved they could reach a wider audience when the single “Time By Your Side” reached over a million plays on Spotify. 

Recent releases on their FAR imprint have included the highly sort after “Mangwana” featuring Zeke Manyika, “Vamos Pintar” with Nina Miranda plus the underground Disco hit “Get Up & Dance" by Andromeda Orchestra and more recently Rudy’s Midnight Machine’s shimmering Balearic classic “Midnight Safari”.



Not content with writing and producing new music, Simon and Robin are in demand as DJs and have criss crossed the globe playing at festivals and clubs with their trademark sets joining the dots between Disco, Afro, Balearic and beyond. They are also avid record collectors stating that 

“It’s a constant source of inspiration for writing and our DJ sets”

 This has culminated in a number of compilations including the up and coming “Under the Influence Vol. 7” for Joey Negro’s Z records, set for release in May 0f 2018.


Faze Action are one of the few acts, in the modern disco world, who write and create original music. Faze Action have said in the past that 

“You can’t beat the feeling when you have created something new and you see it connect with a crowd that you are DJing to.”

Their music has also been featured in adverts and films for the likes of Chanel and on HBO.

One of Faze Action’s strong points is their live show, which again has seen them connect with audiences on every continent including Glastonbury and US tour support for Groove Armada.

“Giganta” is a music producer, sound designer and AV artist based in Athens, creating experimental electronic beats, tunes and bold visual digital worlds.
Her sonic journey began with the release of her debut EP on Werkdiscs/Ninja Tune, followed by track releases on esteemed labels like OnLoop and Black Athena.

An alumna of the legendary Red Bull Music Academy, her sonic fingerprints can be found in the captivating soundscapes she has designed for animations and art projects, collaborating with visionaries such as Margot Bowman and Graphset.

Her eclectic sounds have resonated globally, gracing the playlists of NPR Music, NTS Radio, Rinse FM, Dummy Magazine, and Crack Magazine.
As a resident at Athens radio collective "Stegi radio," Giganta hosts the "Big Up" show, shining a spotlight on underground artists and contributing to the city's vibrant music scene.
