Powerhouses Marcus Santoro and Faderx teamed up for their new vocal progressive track "Out Of My Head," out on Protocol Recordings. It has all the workings of an addictive, euphoric single, delivering distinctly trance-influenced melodies, undulating basslines, and emotive vocals. This is the type of release that personifies Santoro and Faderx's unique styles of fusing progressive house, big room, and trance into a unique formula of dance music. "Out Of My Head" marks the Italian trio Faderx's 9th Protocol release and their first of 2020 after previously releasing on Future House Music, Doorn Records, Spinnin' Records, and Found Frequencies. On the flip side, Marcus returns to Nicky Romero's label after his earlier single "Faces" from March this year.

Maestro Nicky Romero debuts his alter ego with the new “Monocule Volume 1” EP, which is out on his imprint Protocol Recordings. Throughout his illustrious career, Nicky has become synonymous with cutting edge progressive music and has since experimented with dance-pop crossover styles and more. Monocule is a brand new moniker that is dedicated to his passion for deeper, underground vibes. The EP’s first track “Time to Save,” produced together with Nicky’s Dutch fellow Tim van Werd and Protocol’s veteran Mosimann, has a decidedly darker vibe than the usual Protocol tracks, with growling basslines and emotive vocals by the Frenchman himself. “Close To Me” delivers cinematic melodies overtop a deep bassline and breathy lyrical overlays. At the same time, the final track, “Waiting For You” evokes memories of grooving on dark dance floors before the global pandemic.

"Complete Me" combines DØBER's signature deep style with Teamworx's hard-hitting sound, once again exemplifying the Protocol commitment and dedication to working together to create cutting edge new music with each release. The single follows up Teamworx's "Can't Get Enough" and marks their 6th release on the label this year, while DØBER's most recent "Focus" released as part of the "Protocol Lab - ADE 2020" EP. In terms of Melissa De Kleine, she co-wrote Bassjackers‘ single “Tricks” and Blasterjaxx’s “Wild Ride” ft. Henao. Additionally, she has worked with Justin Mylo, Mike Williams, Magnificence, and more.
