Helen then improvised a vocal performance we might describe as a dreamlike stream of ideas and motifs. After some initial hesitancy wondering what it was we were creating, we decided we rather liked the end result and thought we'd share it to the cloud.

when I myself had mental problems and became suicidal, no one noticed. I didn't show it to the outside world. Certainly not for the people I cared about most. I wanted to protect them from my own negative thoughts. So no one asked about it.
