"Afterthought" embodies the feelings of a hopeless romantic reminiscing about the way things used to be. It's easy to ignore the worst moments in a relationship.  Past memories will always be there to haunt you and cause one to think what they could've done differently. 

"Afterthought" is composed of dreamy guitar riffs and melodies, a strong running bass line, and arena-booming drums. The eerie elements of the song are traced by the vocals, synths, and further complimented by other instruments.  Members of the band convey their vocal and instrumental abilities throughout the song.

Sleepy Gaucho follows in the great American artistic tradition that is the rambler’s drawl. His Panamerican influenced folk music offers up a cocktail of wry existentialism and mellow introspection that floats somewhat aimlessly in a realm of its own. Born in Wisconsin while also growing up some time in Argentina, the young multi-instrumentalist’s music can at times be melancholic, at others ethereal, but always agreeable.
 
'recuerdos' is the second glance at 'Suenos que Sobran' the new EP from Sleepy Gaucho coming this June. As the EP, the song feels like an escape, a fuzzy-edged, dreamy psychedelic folk music which sounds like it might have resulted had Goatia ever recorded a session with George Harrison.

Jacamar is about a teenager with a pet jacamar who lives with his grandmother and owns an old motorbike. A sort-of wannabe 'leader of the pack'. He's constantly disappointed that no-one gets how amazing his jacamar is. His grandmother doesn't like finding feathers in her stew.

For part three of our Pin Pal Club we're delighted to be welcoming IYESAYA to the family. We're also very excited to be working with someone from our own neck of the woods, Dorset (and Wimbourne to be more exact). William Dop, the man behind IYESAYA has spent the past few months squirreling away in his bedroom (now in London) creating all manner of wonderful sounds. A process which led to Gold Flake Paint describing him as "bedroom pop’s prince of darkness". With Monster, Dop shows a much fuller sound bolstered by the dab hands of studio wizzard Dan E Brown, as he tackles the stigma attached to mental health issues.
