I dont know if anyone will ever see this but today was my 181 day clean but today is also my 0th day clean

When I cut I can feel pain,and for some  moment it makes me forget everything else

Why is it so sped up? Okay i feel like my ears are bleeding so imma leave now this doesnt help-💀

i had been clean for 3 days, but it seems like a whole month. :(

I want to die but I force my self to stay alive which is hard so I mentally and physically attack my self which makes everything worse.faking is the easy part of all of it pretending I'm OK is simple. I told this to a person and they where scared.
