Awarded Beatport #5 Jackin House producer of 2023, Pinto’s signature house inspiration continues to take his music to dancefloors all over the world.

Hailing from NYC, Pinto’s early years saw him rise the ranks with his debut album on Nervous Records alongside releases on Pets Recordings, Glasgow Underground, Moxy Muzik, and Material Series. With affiliations across such high profile labels, industry heads such as Carl Cox, Seth Troxler, James Hype, Mau P, Seinfeld, Noizu, Mark Knight, Blessed Madona, Danny Tenaglia, Low Steppa showing him love in their sets, streams and radio shows leading to his invitation on Mark Knight’s Kiss FM Toolroom Radio Show.

Fast forward to 2025 with the launch of his own imprint, Jack City Records. Pinto has seen his output garner his latest single ‘Dangerous’ peaking at #2 on Beatport’s Jackin’ Top 100. While maintaining the quality in the studio, his dj sets have seen invitations from regular slots in Chicago's Spy Bar, New York’s Silo, and international shows in Mexico, Australia & Canada.

John Julius Knight, a native of Flatbush Brooklyn, is a distinguished veteran DJ and artist who has earned his place as royalty in house music. He enthralls audiences with his club hits and legendary DJ performances. His breakthrough track, a Stevie Wonder cover “All I Do” (Cleptomaniacs feat. Bryan Chambers) via Defected Records, soared to no. 23 on the UK singles chart in 2001. This collaboration with his long-time friend and stage partner Brian Tappert (Soulfuric recordings, Traxsource CEO) became the first of many originals and in-demand remixes on various labels, establishing him and Brian Tappert aka (Cleptomaniacs) as a formidable force in the house music scene, and let us not forget his production with Brian and Marc Pomeroy aka jazz and groove Eminence ft.
