Neik is the head of the digital movement, THMM MANIZALES, featured on YouTube, and founded the INCUBUS MANIZALES academy, a collective elevating local talent and spreading techno culture.

Santiago Palma Aka Neik, artista originario de la ciudad de Manizales, con una versatilidad que le permitió posicionarse como DJ, VJ, y productor musical con su experiencia de 6 años .

Su línea intepridá toma inspiración en diferentes tipos de sub generos como industrial, hardgroove , hipnótic y experimental. Los cuales son manejados a la perfección permitiéndonos escuchar melodías oscuras, profundas, contundentes y llenas de ritmo.

En su carrera musical a compartido Booth con diferentes artistas nacionales e internacionales como Crystal Geometry, Alessandro Nero, Saade, Teknical Dificulted,
3de3profundis3, Panick, Letus, Xhei, Abductor, Phyrgian, Anti,  Metaph, Lourdes, Ro Duarte; Jacidorex, Lorenzo Papini, Kriz entre muchos otros.
También es cabeza y fundador de su movimiento digital THMM MANIZALES en YouTube y fundador de la academia INCUBUS MANIZALES en la cual se genera apoyo y cultura para la escena local, permitiendo explorar todos los diferentes tipos de música.
