Morning Meditation - Centering Prayer

This is a guided meditation that is inspired by the teachings of S.N. Goenka, who introduced Vipassana Meditation to many, including me.

Four aspects of practice are repeatedly emphasized in this practice...

a. Awareness of what is happening

b. Awareness of the changing nature of what is happening

c. Awareness of the impersonal nature of what is happening

d. Equanimity with what is happening

May this process awaken our latent wisdom.
