Again, written and lead singing by Randy Arnold, who was our group leader.  Morry rips a nice lead at 3:10  

Old tracks from late 90s band Morry and I were members of - Ten Months Later. Morry played lead guitar and I played rhythm guitar and sang back up vocs. The main singer is our friend Randy Arnold who wrote this song. Other bandmates: Yandell Wood (Drums) and Matt Garlove (Bass), along with Peter Searcy (Cello), Steve Cooley (Mandolin/Banjo)... I'm having trouble remembering a couple others who sat in and helped with recording some other individual instruments on these songs. Recorded mainly in Matt's basement. Sadie Hawkins Dance was the name of the album.

Movement 11 from my 2020 exhibition 'La morte mi troverà vivo' (death will find me alive). I dont know where to start or finish with the story of this piece - if you want the long version please go to bandcamp https://nomatesensemble.bandcamp.com/album/la-morte-mi-trover-vivo  there 3 essays on the exhibition in the notes and of course the whole work which is 90 minutes long. This piece for Intonarumori was the starting point for the show, written and recorded to be played at Luigi Russolo's grave as a form of 'calling ' to his spirit. La morte mi troverà vivo is a kind of sonic seance where i composed music as an evocation and used occult number theory to manipulate field recordings to capture what i term an 'imagined response from the spirit world'. The work was made in Italy July/August 2019 and exhibited in Hobart Tasmania in Jan/Feb 2020. I will post visual links and more info at a stage, though of course its a sound installation (i managed to get the whole room to softly rumble with speakers installed out of site in the walls and under the floor)so there isn't heaps to see. :) Thank you all, sorry to ramble !!

Remembering who I was

Music and things that might sound like music by Mat Ward. Noise Art/A  Piano and Bass Duet with Dani Kirby/A 50 plus member Art Ensemble called Then She Reaches The Gun/Deep Research Into Luigi Russolo and his Intonarumori .. thats just the stuff I post regularly : ) Thanks to everyone thats ever stopped by. In the distant Subert Humlin, Gory Rallagher, Sank Frinatra, and Dats Fomino Galaxies, Her Majesty's Royal Intergalactic Empire is under siege by the sinister Khazargonians and their elite squads of shock troopers- the Jearl Pamians and Goundsardenians. Her Majesty has commissioned an elite force led by her three of Her Majesty's Space Navy's finest officers with several primary objectives, chief among them was the following directive: to combine the great tones of surf and fifties rock... with disco!
These elite officers are:  Admiral Krank of the SS Belgrade (Guitar, bass, beats, intergalactic espionage and assassination by exploding cigars); and Captain Mirth of the SS Zagreb- (Guitar, piano, synth, beats, and advanced thermal detonation). And our very own clockwork man on the drums, Mo Sheen (https://soundcloud.com/user-424452711).  Unfortunately, despite bravely serving Her Majesty's Space Navy, Vice Commandant Dubois has been court martialed and convicted for conduct not befitting an officer and counterfeiting baseball cards, stripped of his command of the SS Budapest, and dishonorably discharged from Her Majesty's Space Navy, though certain recordings of his guitar, synth, bass, beats, and forward deployable laser blasters remain here memorialized for posterity. Let it be known that though he has sunk to the very depths of ignominy, we wish him well in his new venture, the Spandex Spanktroverse.
