Velvet Bloom Vol. 2 is an original collection of samples inspired by 1970’s Soul, R&B, and foreign Jazz. The samples were designed for producers looking to produce soulful Hip Hop and R&B, but can be adapted to other genres as well.

The library includes 10 velvety, soulful samples composed of sultry rhodes and vintage synths among a myriad of other instruments. Each sample has been seeded with live acoustic and electric guitar, bass, and vocals to give them a truly organic feel.

Dreamlife And Memory Present - Cruise Control 84

This sample pack is 80s nostalgia at its best, drawing from classic 80s soundtracks, Pop, Rock, Alternative, Dance and Electronic. Each sample has been constructed with choice sounds from vintage analog synths and some totally bitchin’ guitar riffs to give your production a quality that is unmistakably 80s. 

Cruise Control 84, like our Maximum Overdrive libraries, contains elements from hardware synthesizers that include the Juno 106, Moog Sub 37, Prophet 6, Oberheim-6, and the Korg SV1. The guitars were played through a series of BOSS pedals which were a staple for many guitarists throughout the 80s. The samples were then processed to give them their final sheen. The result is a wicked collection of 80s regalia that will instantly allow you to create beats with a distinct 80s flavour.
