Coming from the concrete jungle of Berlin Nobot is slowly realizing that humans are real. After years of uncontrolled rage and kinkiness Nobot has stopped to produce Blast Beat Psytrance, focusing on pure Hashtag-music instead.

Most songs are composed at the piano with a lot of passion using the 3 dimensional options dominated by amplitude, frequency and time. Full lifetime support was requested by Spacesur4er, Misha, the Kazoo Kid and Voll Assi Toni .

Fortunately Nobot's screwed up stuff found a nice and cosy home called Parvati Records.

Dr. Bumquist's music is like a journey through the swirling abysses of the mind, my dear. It testifies to great knowledge and a touch of madness. A kind of musical alchemy, if you ask me. His countless forays into the jungle of electronic music have taught him to distinguish between four different states of consciousness in this forest. These are cool, groovy, hip and square. And he has experienced them all.

Dr. Bumquist has been roaming the dense jungle of electronic music for many decades – yes, decades, I tell you! He has seen genres emerge and disappear, trends blossom and dissolve like mirages in the desert heat. But in the rush of new possibilities, we have charged ahead so recklessly that we have left too many secrets behind. So many paths remain untouched, sweetheart! Overgrown trails, forgotten clearings, half-finished temples of sound lie forgotten in the undergrowth - what a shame!

He sets out to return to these places and continue the research where others have moved on too quickly. He wants to discover hidden ideas and create something new from the overlooked fragments of the past, something that blends past, present and future into an intoxicating brew.

So, if you're ready to embark on a journey, accompany Dr. Bumquist on his sonic odyssey and have one hell of a trip.

Fueled by analog power as warm as an ancient Greek fire, sprayed with percussive warfare as wild as Berlin's graffiti, engulfed by bass and leads, as deep and wet as the forests of Örebro, the music reaches to an adrenalinic and foresty altitude. 
When combined, all this formed a supersonic structure called OBELISK, a metaphysical monument of the mind, so high that it reaches the fourth dimension of sound and space, this was placed on earth to make continuous hippy circles as soon as people lay eye and ear upon it. 
OBELISK is a fellowship of ECTOGASMICS and DARKSHIRE/MAKUMBA, good friends performing monolithic and flawlessly on one audible frequency...deep, psychedelic trance.
These three mofos have today found themselves very pleased to have been successfully molded together to this concrete fundament and the plan is to keep it standing tall.

Dark Notes is the Brazilian Dark Psy project created by the producers Caio Javelberg (Anunnaki) and Ricco Mazzer (Flicker Light / Alcohbata).

The two long-time friends are the founders of the infamous Katayy Festival, which took place for the first time back in 2014 . Simultaneously, they also launched the associated record label Katayy Records, whose first release came out in 2017, which also marked the innitiation of the Dark Notes project.

Both dedicated themselves and their lives to the electronic music scene for over 12 years and in this project they managed to put their rich experience & knowledge into practice.
Hard hitting kicks&basses interacting with heavily modulated fx -sounds that smoothly merge with layers of obscure & profound soundscapes - deep, dark & psychedelic vibes all the way!
