I consider myself a nature writer. Besides doing music I am a Feng Shui gardener. I like to listen to rivers and landscapes.

'Think Denim, dad' is a collection of ideas written, played and recorded by Levi Parent.

It started out in 2017 as a discovery of the music-writing process, with every track serving as a means of reflecting on past experiences. Each one telling a very personal story.

Initially it felt like these stories were too personal to share, they weren't ever intended for an audience.
However, few things are as objective as music. There's safety in ambiguity,  the essence remains hidden under a veil of mystery.

So after 4 years of songwriting, work started on the project that would become "The Fourth", released in April of 2022. It was the first step towards exploring more of the music-making process: getting to work recording and mixing the tracks, individually covering the entire process from start to finish.

During this learning process "Liminal Spaces"; and "Yesterday's Rubble" soon followed (Aug '22, Jan '23), with much more to come.

Each EP is a condensed chunk of personal experiences rolled in an eclectic mix of influences, the result of a love for all things music!

Indie singer-songwriter crafting ethereal dream pop, blending solo and collaborative works into poetic music that invites calm, thought, and wonder.

Singer songwriter from the Heart of England with a box full of old and new songs on a mission to understand the art of recording and mixing. Most started life on my trusty Martin acoustic and have been played live but never been given the luxury of being recorded. I suspect am gonna be at this for quite a while!

Like with any journey there’s a starting point and 2005 marks one for Mxolisi Kheswa. What he has learnt since then forms an integral part of who Cain Avey is. The Eastrand born unassuming creative hip-hop song-writer, artist and producer today is known for his evolving sound as a result of this. 
Over the years Cain Avey has honed his craft and refined his sound to reflect the true nature of his brand, what people might have heard between the years 2006 and 2008 was a culmination of this transition. 
In 2010 he started releasing his own music and began exploring the idea of working with other artists and producers. On the 30th of January 2014 he dropped “Forever” for free which created enough buzz for the young rapper to land his first official release “For The Guests” on several commercial radio stations across Africa. Following that year was the release of “Death Club” a song many still argue that he owes much of his recognition to. He released his first EP titled “Bantu Tech” in October 2017 that has a variety of futuristic influences and is currently in studio working on the next project.

Noel is a writer of songs and stories rather than a musical performer. His songs have been described as reflective as they are motivated by the struggles, celebrations and tensions of everyday life. His musical stories typically address issues as diverse as cancer and homelessness, addictions, love, loss and troubled relationships. These songs are led by the lyrics and are a mix of folk, country and blues.
Inspired by a diverse range of music from Leonard Cohen to Jason Isbell, Noel's songs took years to find their voice.Noel was born in Ireland and currently lives there but spent many years living and working in Africa. Much of his inspiration has been drawn from his own life experiences including his more recent journey with cancer. ‘Stars in Heaven’ is one of a number of songs dealing with cancer.  This particular song was chosen by Music Beats Cancer after submissions by over 800 other artists.
Noel says “ I really hope that the songs can reach a much bigger audience. I also hope that the songs can help, even in some small way, in connecting with people and in raising awareness and support for the issues they address."
